The UNMAP ADVENTURE Manali to Leh expedition is a cool trip. It takes you on one of the famous journeys in the Himalayas. You get to cross some of the roads in the world.

This trip is very special because it goes over some high passes like Rohtang Pass which is 3,978 meters high Keylong which is 3,350 meters high and the very famous Tanglang La which is 17,585 feet high.

The UNMAP ADVENTURE Manali to Leh expedition shows you different landscapes. You will see valleys and then deserts that are very high up. The UNMAP ADVENTURE Manali, to Leh expedition is a way to see the Himalayas. This trip is really fun for people who love to explore and go on adventures. One of the things about this trip is Tso Moriri Lake. It is really beautiful. Tso Moriri Lake is a place where birds and animals can live without being hurt. It is also the lake in India that is totally above 4,500 meters. The lake is surrounded by mountains that nobody has touched. The water of Tso Moriri Lake is blue and calm. It is so nice that you have to look at it. Tso Moriri Lake gives you a chance to be completely calm, in a rough area. Tso Moriri Lake is very peaceful.

Throughout the journey, UNMAP ADVENTURE leads you through Ladakh’s most iconic destinations, including Khardung La Pass, Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley, Diskit Monastery, Hunder sand dunes, and the dramatic confluence of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers. Each region reveals a unique blend of towering mountains, deep valleys, flowing streams, striking rock formations, and ancient gompas that define Ladakh’s timeless charm.

Day 01 :

Arrival in Manali

When we get to Manali we will go to our hotel. Get ready to see the city.

It is a beautiful place.

In the evening the tour manager will talk to us about how to be safe and give us some tips on riding and checking our gear.

We will also get to meet the people who are riding with us when we have dinner.

We will stay at the hotel, in Manali for the night.

Day 02 :

Manali To Serchu

(Distance: 210 kms. / Ride Duration: 8 hrs. / Altitude of Serchu : 4200 mts.)

After we eat Breakfast we will begin our Ladakh bike trip journey. Our Ladakh bike trip journey is going to be very exciting. We will ride our bikes. Cross the famous Atal Tunnel as we continue on our Ladakh bike trip journey towards Jispa.

We will ride our bikes for 210 Kms via the beautiful Chandra Valley before we reach our destination on our Ladakh bike trip journey. On our way we will visit Suraj Tal and Deepak Tal these are beautiful places. We will also cross the Baralacha Pass it is located very high at 16,616ft, which is a connection between Lahaul district in Himachal Pradesh to Ladakh, on our Ladakh bike trip journey. When we get to Ladakh we will set up our camp. Take a good look at the beautiful place where we are starting. This will be our home for now. We need to get ready, for the ride that we have to do tomorrow in Ladakh.

Day 03 :

Sarchu to Leh via Tanglang La Pass

After we eat breakfast we will start our trip to Leh. The road to Leh is really pretty. We will see a lot of amazing things. We will see the desert and it is very beautiful. When we get to Leh we will go to the hotel and rest. We have the evening, to ourselves so we can walk around the market. We will have dinner at the hotel. Sleep there too.

Day 04 :

Leh- Nubra Valley via Khardungla

We will take you to Khardungla pass which's the worlds highest motorable pass and then we will go to Diskit, the headquarters of Nubra Valley. The thing that makes Diskit special is that it has an old monastery that was built a long time ago in the 14th century and it is one of the oldest monasteries in Nubra Valley.

After a great day in Nubra Valley it is time to unwind and you can end your day with a delicious dinner and then stay overnight in camps, at Hunder Village of the Nubra Valley.

Day 05 :

Hunder – Turtuk – Nubra

We will have breakfast at the hotel. Then we will take you to Turtuk. We will go through Hunder village. Hunder village is on the India-Pakistan border. It is a village. This village is on the banks of the Shyok River. The natural beauty of Turtuk is really nice. You can walk around Turtuk with your friends. Look at the views. After that we will leave Turtuk. Go back to Nubra. We will have dinner, in Nubra. Then we will stay overnight in Nubra.

Day 06 :

Nubra – Pangong Tso

We will have breakfast early in the morning. Then we will leave for Pangong. Pangong is a place that people like to visit. People have been going to Pangong for a long time. More people started going to Pangong after some movies were filmed there. The Pangong Lake is on the border of India and China. To get to The Pangong Lake we have to go through some villages and a Gompa. We will get to The Pangong Lake a little before the sun goes down. When we are at The Pangong Lake you can spend some time there. You can look at the water of The Pangong Lake and the big mountains, around it. The water of The Pangong Lake is very clear. The mountains are very big. We had a nice evening and then we would all sit down to eat dinner together. After that we would spend the night at the campsite at Pangong. It was a way to end the day at the campsite, at Pangong.

Day 07 :

Pangong – Leh via Chang La Pass

After you have your breakfast you need to check out and drive back to Leh. On the way if you have some time you should stop by Shey and Thiksey Monastery. You should also visit Druk Padma School, which people often call Rancho School. When you get to Leh take some time to walk around and see how beautiful Leh is. You will have dinner in Leh. Then you will stay at the hotel, in Leh for the night.

Day 08 :

Departure

Manali to leh bike trip ends with loads of memories. our driver will escort you to the airport, for your flight back home, see ya!!
